Return and Exchange Policy

In our commitment to ensuring the quality of our products and their optimal storage, and to providing you with the best possible service, we kindly ask you to review the following Return and Exchange Policy:
First: Return Period
Customers have the right to return products within a maximum of three (3) days from the date of receiving the order.
Second: Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products that require refrigeration.
Medicines and medical supplies.
Baby formula and food.
Third: Conditions for Accepting Returns
The product must be in its original condition upon receipt.
It must not have been used or opened.
It must be free from any damage or defects.
Fourth: Shipping Fees
If the return is requested via shipping companies, the shipping costs (round trip) will be deducted from the total order value. The refund will be sent to the same payment method used by the customer. after we receive and inspect the returned product. Fifth: Refusal of Delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the order or fails to respond to the shipping company for any reason, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Sixth: Warranty
All devices sold are covered by the authorized distributor's warranty, and the pharmacy assumes no liability related to the warranty.
